Q. Are your systems imported?
A. No, all our systems are handmade in the UK. We employ local people and use local companies wherever possible.
Q. It is hard to assess the quality of a product from pictures on the website. How can I be sure your product is of good quality?
A. Our testimonials are a great indicator of what previous clients have thought of our products. A more practical test is to compare the weights of systems. Our towers are constructed using 4 x 4 timbers and our chimp system weighs in at 350kg. Please compare these figures with other systems available. Q. I would like to see the system before I buy. Is this possible?
A. We attend a large number of shows around the south of the country during the summer months to give people the opportunity to see and play on our systems. However, outside of this time, it may well be possible to arrange a viewing so please contact us on info@monkee-puzzle.co.uk
Q. I’m worried my kids will get bored with the system.
A. Our systems are all modular so can grow with your child. We can add to it at any date, keeping it interesting for your children. We hope our towers will provide a great base for imaginative play and, because we offer a bespoke service, we can build whatever your children desire. (Within the realms of safety of course!)
Q. Is the tower big enough for adults to enter?
A. Yes, our towers are 1.5m square so large enough for you to be able to climb into and interact with your children. Great for reading stories outside or a quiet place for you to enjoy the garden after the kids have gone to bed!
Q. What can I do if I move house ?
A. We will be happy to come and dismantle and reinstall your play equipment in your new home or we can provide instructions for you to construct it yourself.
Q. Can I sell my equipment second hand?
A. Yes, the quality of the system will ensure that it is suitable for sale after your children have finished with it. We do get enquiries from time to time for second hand systems so please contact us in the first instance as we may be able to help you with your sale.
Our only problem is getting the children to come in!!
