Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Monkee Puzzle product and offer a 12 month general guarantee as well as a full ten year timber guarantee. In the unlikely event that you should experience any problems with your system, please do not hesitate to contact us.

General Guarantee

Subject to ordinary, domestic, residential use and proper installation, Monkee Puzzle guarantees all parts against failure due to defects in material or workmanship for a period of 12 months from invoice date.

Surface rust or cracks in non-structural parts are not defined as defects. Monkee Puzzle will repair or replace parts affected by surface rust at our discretion.

Timber Guarantee

Subject to ordinary, domestic, residential use and proper installation Monkee Puzzle guarantees, to the original purchaser, all timber against failure caused by rot or insect attack for a period of 10 years from the date of delivery.

Checking (cracks or splits in timber) is normal for timber climbing frames, is not structural and is not considered a defect. Monkee Puzzle will repair or replace timber affected by checking at our discretion.
