Subject to ordinary, domestic, residential use and proper installation, Monkee Puzzle guarantees all parts against failure due to defects in material or workmanship for a period of 12 months from invoice date.
Surface rust or cracks in non-structural parts are not defined as defects. Monkee Puzzle will repair or replace parts affected by surface rust at our discretion.
Subject to ordinary, domestic, residential use and proper installation Monkee Puzzle guarantees, to the original purchaser, all timber against failure caused by rot or insect attack for a period of 15 years from the date of delivery.
Checking (cracks or splits in timber) is normal for timber climbing frames, is not structural and is not considered a defect. Monkee Puzzle will repair or replace timber affected by checking at our discretion.
