You can be assured that Monkee Puzzle products are designed and manufactured first and foremost with the safety of your children in mind.

All systems have been risk assessed and carry the CE Mark, the Europe-wide recognised mark of safety.

Our systems have also been strictly tested to conform to the British and European safety standard BS EN71-8: 2003. This is a very specific standard designed to test the safety of activity toys which are intended to bear the weight of children.

The systems were also designed in close co-operation with childcare professionals for whom safety was the primary concern.

Our climbing frames are not designed for children under 36 months, although we do supply a 'toddler' seat for the swing bar. This and all our products should be used responsibly and with adult supervision at all times.

All nuts, bolts and other fixings should be periodically checked for tightness and wear and tear, to ensure the product is safe to use year after year.

Although it is not essential we recommend that you treat the timber once a year with a clear waterproofing product. This is to ensure the colour of the timber remains as it should be for as long as possible. There will be some 'bleaching' of the timber initially; this is perfectly normal and is nothing to worry about.
